Well things have been going on really slowly these days, what with the examinations and all in less than 2 months and my studyload steadily increasing on a daily basis. Point is, its supposed to be hectic but I seem to be overlooking that fact a wee bit--but then again I'm just probably too used to the partying over the past few weeks and that's getting to my head.
Don't we all just love rambling without any sense of direction?
Even the lectures these days are somewhat uninspiring or plain dull. And if i may add, very poorly (and stupidly) arranged as well--take, for an example, last Thursday and Friday: Thursday's lectures were important but the admins chose to stuff 2 lectures in a timeframe of an hour. The lecturers being vague and plain incomprehensible did not ease the situation at all. And then came Friday, with 2 PPD lectures (a point I cannot stress enough) of which NOBODY (with the exception of kiasu nerds or people with too much time on their hands) ever bother to attend anyway.
Why are we given half an hour for an important lecture on anatomy but one whole day for something that is not even relevant at the least is beyond me.
On a more positive note though, I met my family over the weekend and well, had lunch and did some family-ish stuff (of course assuming that what my family does together is typically applicable to all families).
And they're flying off to Bandung!
(for the uninitiated it means shopping for more clothes for yours truly, and byebye to instances where I see another dude having on the exact same shirt as I am--and trust me it happens more often than you think in me medschool).
"Oh hello there, nice uh, shirt ya have there".
I'm expecting the clothes when they touchdown on Wednesday; and I'm already convulsing in anticipation.
PBL's tomorrow, and I just can't wait for another round of member-bashing.
toodles for now.
