You can dance, you can jive; having the time of your life!
Thou presence art graceth by Ben_CJT at 9:37 AMA lazy Saturday morning, indeed--I would have been better of without the alarm on my phone, since it practically snoozed me for a good 2 hours before I decided it would be more productive for me to wake up (defeating the purpose of having an alarm to begin with).
Usual affair: checked my FB, chatted around and did a little research on my PBL (again, that's Problem Based Learning to you), which needless to say was becoming increasingly a pain in the you-know-where. Dermatomes were okay, sensory modalities are bearable, but the ascending/descending tracts are really something outta this world. But then again I'm not even well-versed with the anatomy of the brain yet so I guess I shouldn't take things too hard.
Went to Timesquare to settle the billing problems with Umobile, but man, was the crowd at the centre unrefined. And the workers, slow. Considering how I have not had my lunch (it was 2pm by then, mind), my mood was somewhat sour. Got a bagel as soon as it was done (man I love those things) and rushed to beat the peak-hour crowd to the train--I headed to Midvalley next.
Since my appointment with a certain senior was not due till 7 (it was 3.30pm by the time I reached there), window shopping to my hearts desire was the right thing to do--and so I did. Got a new necklace (I'm a sucker for these things), a new stylus for my DS (first one wrecked by stabbing it on the bed repeatedly, second one lost and nowhere to be found). When I couldn't feel my legs anymore I headed to the bookstore and read for an houror so.
Met up with Kiryu-sempai soonafter (he acts so much differently online) and headed for Chili's for dinner. By then my hands were trembling and my head was somehow lost among the clouds, if you get what I mean. So being compulsed with a binge-spending habit today I ordered a lamb shank while Mr.Senior ordered some chicken whachamacallit. Spent half the time in akward silence, but it got better at the end. I was too hungry to talk much anyway.
We went for a movie after that-Mamma Mia-and while I was sorely tempted to dance and sing along on the aisle, poor Senior was probably bored and tired to death ('cause he watched another movie before meeting me). Surprisingly, I did not feel the urge to run for the loo as always mid-film (lol "Waterloo") but kept my attention on the screen most of the time.
Took a cab home right after that--I'm pretty tired today, so I'm signing off early. Have a *yawn* decent Sunday.
